Who we are
This website is operated by Alsandara ICT Consulting, with offices in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Baghdad (Iraq) and Pune (India). In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Alsandara ICT Consulting. You can contact us about privacy at info@alsandaraict.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical data needed to run the website:
- Details you enter in the consultation form: your name, work email, company, phone number, country, the services you're interested in and your message.
- Messages you send us by email.
- Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, arrange and hold a consultation, send you the articles you asked for, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email: our hosting provider, our email provider, and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the form service that delivers consultation requests from this website to our inbox. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our contract sets the retention period. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email info@alsandaraict.com and we will respond in line with applicable data protection law. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may be able to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
